All the listed products are available with an active substance complex. All products, excluding the condensate protection “white”, which is produced upon our request, are created by our company following strict hygienic standards and their effectiveness is tested several times.

CARE AND SAFE

“white”

white® is a coating with specific properties; it maintains the dryness of surfaces that are cooled by thermal bridges and thus create condensate areas. White creates such a large surface, that the surface tension of water is reduced to such an extent that it can be released in the gaseous state back into the air. The active ingredients of blue or green are therefore effective for a longer time. Among: 0.5-0.8 kg/m 2 . Surface: approx. 18,000 m 2 /coated m 2 ÜBERSICHTBARKEIT: not advised, reduces effectiveness Shading: possible with commercial paste products Guarantee: max. 5 years, depending on the fog combination

CARE AND SAFE

“orange”

orange® was specially designed for the disinfection of ventilation and air-conditioning systems. This disinfectant removes 99,9% of bacteria, pathogenic and apathogenic microbes, as well as multi-resistant germs. The product contains neither chlorine nor any other irritants. If the contamination persists, the system should also be cleansed, to allow orange to take effect. Application: orange is directly inserted into the ventilation ducts using a nebulizer, in order to kill off the bacteria and spores. Activation time: 30 minutes Pre- and post-treatment: All contamination must be removed from the system. It is advised to decontaminate the system before starting the cleansing, then to clean, and subsequently nebulize it again (prophylaxis).

Pet Disinfectant

C&S Concept Pet Disinfectant supports the removal of 99,9% of bacteria and pathogens, without damaging the skin or fur of the animals. This is achieved through spirovitalized KWPA osmosis water and small amounts of biocides. Efficacy spectrum: Has a very high bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal effectivity Application: Spray on, then spread or let dry. Wait for approximately 1 minute. During this time, the animal should not lick the disinfectant, or else the effect of the product may be reduced. Aftercare: Disinfectant should be repeated after contact with water, as the disinfectant is water-soluble.

Textile Disinfectant

C&S Concept Textile Disinfectant supports the removal of 99,9% of bacteria, pathogens, as well as house dust allergy-inducing spores, without hurting the skin or organism. This is achieved through spirovitalized KWPA osmosis water and small amounts of biocides. Only use on waterproof textiles. IDEAL FOR PERSONS WITH HOUSE DUST ALLERGIES Application: Spray on waterproof textile surfaces and let dry. The maximum disinfection effect occurs after 24 hours at the latest. Textiles with multiple surfaces should be treated on all surfaces. If textiles have been cleaned with water, the disinfection process must be repeated. Amount: Differs depending on the size; surfaces must be sufficiently covered with the solution. Activation period: let dry Aftercare: usually not necessary.

Infrared-systems

CARE AND SAFE infrared heating systems are not just cost-efficient by lowering your heating bill but are also the ideal supplement in the effort to avoid condensate on surfaces. Thermodynamic ECO7+, Deluxe, or Blade infrared heating meet all standards that are required for an efficient and eco-friendly heating system. By penetrating virtually every corner of the room, infrared beams warm up all the surfaces of the room. This means that on thermal bridges in buildings, the surface temperature does not drop extremely, as is the case with convection heaters. Application possibilities: In any room with a 230Volt connection.

Surface Disinfectant

C&S Concept Disinfectant supports the removal of 99,9% of bacteria and pathogens on waterproof surfaces. This is achieved through spirovitalized KWPA osmosis water and small amounts of biocides. It does not attack or damage any surfaces. The active substance was designed specifically for bacterial cultures and takes effect within minutes. Application: Spray on, leave to activate for 1 minute, then wipe clean with a microfiber cloth. Do not wipe the surface or add any cleaning detergents during the waiting time, as it may reduce the effect of the product. Disinfection can be repeated several times. Aftercare: Using a dry microfiber cloth, wipe the surface clean. If it is not possible to clean the surface, the effect has still taken place, as the bacteria are physically killed off.

Hand Sanitizer

C&S hand disinfectant supports the removal of 99,9% of bacteria and pathogens and impedes the spread of viruses on skin. This is achieved through spirovitalized KWPA osmosis water and small amounts of biocides. Application: Cover hands with the disinfectant and rub it onto the skin, until it has dried. The disinfectant should be repeated several times. Should not be mixed with other substances. General information: If swallowed, drink plenty of water; if unease persists, consult your doctor.
